The company is the manpower supplying arm of the Group, specialising in supplying Chinese crewmen for vessels and ship owners.

MASES Representative Office in Singapore

China Marine & Seamen Service Corporation (MASES) recognized Singapore as an important international maritime centre. In August, 1995, MASES appointed Lucky Manpower Supply Pte Ltd as the representative office in Singapore.

As the MASES Representative Office, we are fully responsible for promoting Chinese seamen as well as skilled Chinese labors of various professions to shipowners, employers of Singapore and other ASEAN countries.

Since establishment, we have developed a long list of satisfied prominent clients. Our present clients include shipping company, shipmanagement company, shipyards and other industries.

MASES

Founded in August 1984 upon approval by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, China Marine & Seamen Service Corporation (MASES) is a licensed crew manning corporation specializing in the exports of labor service, directly affiliated with the Ministry of Communications.

MASES is mainly engaged in providing foreign companies with seamen and marine service, port technical service, engineers, technicians and service personnel.
